Gourmet Trail Top offers exclusive culinary experiences, cooking workshops, gourmet dining events, and curated tastings. By using our website or booking any of our services, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

When booking a dining event, cooking class, or private tasting, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date reservation details.
• Notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
• Respect event policies, dress codes (if applicable), and designated dining schedules.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments

• All reservations and event tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

Refund Policy

• Dining Reservations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cooking Workshops: Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled event.
• Private Events: A non-refundable deposit may be required for large group reservations.

4. Event Participation & Conduct

• Attendees must adhere to hygiene and safety standards during cooking workshops.
• Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 19+ with valid ID.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, but guests must inform us of any allergies at least 48 hours before an event. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Gourmet Trail Top is not liable for food allergies or dietary reactions if not disclosed in advance.
• Guests participate in cooking workshops at their own risk and must follow safety instructions.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings during events.

8. Governing Law
